Facing the ferocious wave of digital, traditional retailers has to reconsider in a new aspect and integrate diverse channels to form a "whole channel” server, or they maybe abandoned by the time. The advantages of shopping online are as followed: a wide range to choose and easy to search; cheap price and convenient to compare; expedient to operate whatever at home or in the office. In addition, there are large quantities of products for evaluation and recommendation on the Internet. While on the other hand, the advantage of real stores is offering the personal service face to face. Customers could touch the products and feel them personally, which is more like an activity and experience, etc. Now, customers are hoping to have both advantages of them.
 
For this reason, traditional retailers should redesign the shopping process from the beginning, combining both experience of shopping on line and in real stores perfectly. Retailers could design interesting reactions by varieties of advanced numerical tools in every step of shopping. For example, sending preferential code and information to customers'mobile devices, optimizing keywords searching, developing information push based on location, offering targeted shopping advice for customers stepping into the store through external information, etc.
 
In addition, traditional retailers are supposed to highlight the benefits of excitement and enjoy while shopping in real stores and contribute it to promote online sales. While improving shopping experience of real stores, digital technology also plays an important role. Such as replace rigid windows by dynamic interaction screens, which could display weather, time and recommended products, and also accept orders when the stores closed.
